Directions For Use: 

• Use twice a day or as recommended by your dentist.

Water, sorbitol, hydrated silica, sodium lauryl sulfate, flavour, cellulose gum, zinc citrate, carrageenan, sodium fluoride, sodium saccharin, sodium citrate, Cl 77891.
