Directions For Use: 

• Apply the product onto a soft bristled toothbrush. 
• Brush teeth thoroughly at least twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist. 

Ingredients:
Glycerin, hydrated silica, sodium hexametaphosphate, water, PEG-6, flavour, sodium lauryl sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, trisodium phosphate, carrageenan, sodium saccharin, sodium fluoride, xanthan gum, sucralose, Cl 77019, Cl 77891.
