• For fitness and recovery: Mix one or two scoops (31-62g) with 250-500mL of water or milk in a shaker and consume immediately after shaking. Best taken after exercise, upon awakening from sleep and before bed. 
• For daily protein intake: Mix one scoop (31g) with 250mL of water or milk in a shaker and consume immediately after shaking. Consume anytime in the day, best to be mixed with milk, yoghurt, or your favourite beverage.
