Dosage and Directions For Use:

• Adults and children above 4 years old: 1 to 2 softgel capsules, either before or after meals, 3 times daily.
• Exceeding the suggested intake is not recommended unless specifically directed by pharmacist/ doctor.
• Women who are pregnant or planning pregnancy should consult their pharmacist/ doctor before taking supplements.

Ingredients:
Each softgel capsule contains Cod Liver Oil 240mg, equivalent to:

• Vitamin A 600 IU
• Vitamin D 60 IU
• Preservatives: methyl hydroxybenzoate 1.11mg, propyl hydroxybenzoate 0.41mg
