Initiate Your Return
Log in to your AA Pharmacy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
