Indications: Provides relief from minor aches and pains in muscles and joints associated with arthritis, strains, bruises, stiff neck, sprains, cramps and simple backache.

Directions For Use:

• Adults and children 6 years of age and older: Apply to affected area not more than 3-4 times daily.
• Gently massage until fully absorbed. 
• Before exercise: Apply before stretching and warming up to help loosen up muscles and prevent muscular cramps.
• After exercise: Apply after exercise to smoothe and refresh tired muscles. The combination of menthol and essential oils creates a dual action of cooling and heating which brings you pain relief.

• Pine sylvestris oil 1.35%
• Sweet orange oil 0.4%
• Wintergreen oil 0.35%
• Bergamot oil 0.1%
• Lemon oil 0.1%
• Terpineol 0.1%

• Rosemary oil 0.06%
• Lavender oil 0.02%
