Directions For Use:

• Hold or gently swirl 15mL of undiluted mouthwash in your mouth for 30 seconds. 
• Tilt head back, hold for another 10 seconds or more, then spit out. 
• Use twice daily. 

Ingredients: 
Aqua, glycerin, polysorbate 20, poloxamer 407, flavour, chlorhexidine digluconate, menthol, sodium saccharin, cetylpyridinium chloride, mentha piperita (peppermint) leaf oil, sodium hydroxide, BHT, Cl 42090, Cl 19140.
