Directions For Use:

• Hold or swirl around the mouth gently with 15mL of undiluted mouthwash for 30 seconds. 
• Tilt head backwards, move liquid to back of mouth and hold another 10 seconds or more before spitting out. 
• Rinse two times daily.

Aqua, Glycerin, Polysorbate 20, Poloxamer 407, Flavor, Chlorhexidine Digluconate, Menthol, Cetylpyridinium Chloride, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Cl 42090.
