Dosage and Directions For Use:

• Children 2-12 years old: 5mL per serving, 1-2 times a day.
• Measuring cup is provided. 
• Shake well before use.

Each 5mL serving contains:

• Iron (as ferrous fumarate) 16mg
• Vitamin C 23.5mg
• Vitamin D3 380 IU
• Vitamin B1 1.2mg
• Vitamin B3 1mg
• Vitamin B6 1.2mg
• Vitamin B12 1.3mcg

Ingredients:
Distilled water, sweetener (glucose syrup, sugar, honey), orange juice concentrate, lysine powder 1.8%, flavouring substance, vitamin C powder, thickener (xanthan gum), ferrous fumarate, vitamin D3 powder, preservative (benzoic acid), vitamin B1 powder, vitamin B3 powder, vitamin B6 powder, colouring substance (sunset yellow), and vitamin B12 powder.
Manufactured in a facility that also handles cereals, milk, soy and fish oil.
