A super-oxidized solution for moistening, cleaning and debriding wounds.Ā
Indications:Ā Intended for moistening absorbent wound dressings and for debriding and cleaning acute and chronic dermal lesions, such as Stage I-IV ulcers, stasis ulcers, diabetic ulcers, post-surgical wounds, first and second degree burns, abrasions and minor irritations of the skin.Ā

- Non-irritating to human skin, eyes or throat.Ā
- Biocompatible for its indicated use and is not a skin sensitizer.Ā
Directions For Use:
- Ready for use with no mixing or dilution required.
- Apply directly to the affected area.Ā
- Use at each wound dressing change.
- Saturation of the dressing with Dermacyn Wound Care will assist with dressing removal.Ā
- Treatment: Soak/saturate dressing with Dermacyn Wound Care, at each dressing change, as and when required. Immersion is allowed for maximum 15 minutes daily, during initial treatment.Ā
Ingredients:Ā
Oxidized water (99.97%), sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) (0.004%), hypochlorous acid (HPCl) (0.003%), sodium chloride (NaCl) (0.023%).Ā
Cautions:
- Store in its original sealed container at ambient conditions.Ā
- Non-flammable.Ā
- After use, the container should be closed again, before storing.Ā
- Upon opening, note the date on the bottle. Stability of the unused solution is assured for up to 30 days after opening. Discard opened product after 30 days.
- If tamper resistant seal is broken, do not use.
- Always use fresh solution - do not reuse.
- For external use only, not for injection or consumption.
- Do not use Dermacyn Wound Care in combination with other topical solutions without the advice of a healthcare professional.
- In case of deep or serious wounds, or if you have any other treatment concerns, consult a healthcare professional.
- If signs of infection occur (increased pain, bleeding, pus) or if the wound does not show signs of healing, consult a healthcare professional.
- Report any adverse reactions to a healthcare professional.
- Keep out of the reach and out of sight of children.
