Assay Procedure:

• Remove the cassette from the foil pouch.
• Dispense 3-5 full drops of urine to the specimen well.
• Lay the cassette down on a flat surface with the windows on top.
• Read the result at 3-5 minutes. Do not interpret result after 5 minutes.

Tips: The first morning urine is preferred, for it generally contains the highest concentration of hCG.

Interpretation of Results:

• Positive: Two pink lines appear both in the control region (C) and test region (T).
• Negative: Only one pink line appears in the control region (C).
• Invalid: No line appears in the control region (C).
